Refund policy

At Heated Essential, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple, hassle-free return procedure.

Statutory right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel it, without giving any reason and without penalty. As a commercial gesture, Heated Essential extends this period to 30 days.

Easy returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items to us. Items must be returned in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, with their labels and accessories. You may inspect and try an item as you would in a shop, but you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Restocking fee: £0 — free. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return costs

  • Faulty or damaged product, or an error on our part: no cost to you; we cover the return costs.

  • Change of mind (cancellation): the cost of returning the parcel is your responsibility. However, the initial standard delivery charges (if any) are refunded together with the price of the products.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us: email contact@heated-essential.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack your item: carefully repack the item in its original packaging, with all accessories, labels and documents.

  3. Send it back: ship your return following the instructions provided in our return authorisation email.

Model cancellation form

You may use the model form on our Cancellation Form page (optional) to exercise your right to cancel:

Refund process

Inspection: as soon as we receive your return, we inspect the item to check that it meets our return criteria.

Refund timescale: once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, and in any event no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them back).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size, colour or product, contact us at contact@heated-essential.com and we will help you arrange a quick exchange.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once unsealed (in line with the exceptions to the right to cancel provided by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product page.

Faulty products and guarantees

If you receive a faulty or non-conforming product, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. You also benefit from your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see Terms of Sale, article 8).
