We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Heated Essential uses the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide the Services to you.

We make every effort to present our products faithfully in our online store. However, colours and product appearance may differ from what is displayed on your screen depending on your device and its settings. Product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Heated Essential reserves the right to accept or refuse your order at its discretion; your order is only accepted once we send you written confirmation and your payment has been received and processed. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If your order is refused, changed or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one in force at the time of your order, as stated in your order confirmation email. Any promotions may be subject to their own terms, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict. You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information, to keep it up to date, and you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
All delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
The Services — including all trademarks, texts, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio content, and their design, selection and arrangement — are the exclusive property of Heated Essential (CALVET Thomas) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Shopify’s name, logo and marks are the property of Shopify. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and access to optional third-party tools, which we do not monitor or control. Such tools and links are provided “as is” without any warranty or endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites, nor for any harm or damage arising from your use of them. Heated Essential is powered by Shopify. However, any sale or purchase made in our store is made directly with Heated Essential. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and us, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with Heated Essential.
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services, as described in Shopify’s own privacy policy.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial purposes. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Heated Essential, Shopify and their respective affiliates, partners, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide you with the Services, are governed by French law, Heated Essential being established in France. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence (United Kingdom), and consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence where applicable law so allows.
